● BODY: Cotton Selvedge Chambray
Designed around the classic work shirts of the 1950s, this shirt combines the lightweight feel and distinctive texture of chambray with the durability expected from true workwear, making it an easy everyday piece.
The chambray fabric is woven on shuttle looms dating back more than half a century. Woven slowly with minimal tension on the yarn, the fabric develops a naturally uneven character and an authentic vintage texture that cannot be replicated by modern high-speed looms.
Classic workwear details are faithfully incorporated, including triple-needle felled seams and gussets at the side seams.
Cotton thread is used throughout the construction, allowing the stitching and fabric to gradually develop more character with wear.
Built to be worn hard and worn often, this is a work shirt that only gets better with time.
● BODY ： コットンセルヴィッチシャンブレー
1950年代のワークシャツをベースにデザイン、シャンブレー特有の軽やかな風合いとタフさを併せ持ち、日常使いしやすい一着に仕上げています。
生地は半世紀以上前に作られたシャトル織機を使用して、糸にテンションをかけずに低速で織り上げる事でナチュラルな風合いに仕上げたシャンブレー生地を採用。
3本針の巻き縫いや裾脇のガゼットなど、ワークシャツならではのディテールを踏襲。縫製には綿糸を使用し、着込むほどに風合いが増す仕上がりとなっている。
