Material
The warp yarn features a natural, uneven texture created by short fibers, giving it a vintage feel. It is yarn-dyed using rope indigo dyeing and sulfur dyeing.
The weft yarn is a blend based on high-quality American cotton, featuring a natural, uneven texture. It is yarn-dyed using sulfur dyeing.
Woven with a dense weave using thick yarns—8/1 for warp and 16/1 for weft—this fabric allows you to enjoy the aging process of both indigo and sulfur dyes.

オリジナルヒッコリーのキャスケット。

経糸には、短い繊維が多くナチュラルなムラが生み出すヴィンテージ感が特徴の糸を、
ロープインディゴ染めと硫化染めで先染めし、緯糸には上質な米綿をベースにブレンドした、ナチュラルなムラ形状の糸を硫化染めで先染めして使用。
経糸は8/1、緯糸は16/1という太番手で密度をしっかり打ち込んで織り上げており、インディゴと硫化の経年変化が楽しめるオリジナルヒッコリー素材で製作。
