This sweatshirt is based on vintage memorial items featuring hand-painted messages, with WEIRDO's signature motifs individually hand-painted in the same vintage style.
Details
It features a distinctive chest pocket and incorporates details seen in 1950s sweatshirts, such as tubular body set-in sleeves, flat-seam construction, a binder neck, and a V-insert with a pasted gusset.

A relaxed silhouette with a slightly loose fit.
Material
The fabric is produced using a rare 1970s tubular old-style small-gauge knitting machine. It undergoes a lengthy process of high-temperature scouring and washing with an old-style winching machine, followed by a large tumbler drying process, resulting in a fabric with a pleasant texture achieved through meticulous care. The XL size is made using a custom knitting machine, creating a large size that was not available in vintage items.
