Material Denim faithfully reproduced by researching vintage pieces, including count, thread color, slub shape, and number of picks. 9.5 oz. We used a thread that reproduces the short slubs that are sometimes scattered like imperfections, rather than the long slub shape common in work denim. To bring out the character of the warp thread, a straight thread is used for the weft, reproducing the indigo-dyed color. It is dyed in an exquisite ivory that is neither fully dyed nor undyed.
