Based on a 1940s work shirt, it features a chinstrap and an asymmetrical "gacha pocket" design. It has a work shirt-like, slightly relaxed regular fit silhouette. The chain stitching on the front and back, the contrasting bartack stitching, and the use of a different fabric on the placket lining and cuffs serve as accents.
The warp uses a cotton-linen blend yarn with the crispness unique to linen and the softness of cotton, while the weft uses a cotton-wool blend yarn, adding the dry touch of wool, resulting in a unique textured finish.
