This knit cardigan features a pattern created with reverence for Native Americans, combined with GLADHAND's heart motif.
It is designed with a slightly loose fit, based on traditional Mexican clothing.
Each fringe is meticulously hand-knitted by artisans.
The slub yarn, which combines highly breathable wool with strong cotton in an ideal balance, is processed at a dyeing factory in Aichi Prefecture through time-consuming processes such as piece dyeing of wool and differential dyeing of cotton/wool (double dyeing) to create a mélange-like color. This results in irregularities in color tone and yarn shape, giving it a rugged yet soft texture and feel.
The deep colors, which cannot be replicated with 100% cotton slub yarn, are characterized by a mélange feel, and as you wear it, the color will fade, allowing you to enjoy an aging process similar to vintage denim.
With a smooth and warm touch, this item can be worn in autumn, winter, and spring.
