The face yarn is made from raw cotton sourced from California, using an open-end spinning machine to create yarn from the short, thick fibers characteristic of American cotton. The back yarn uses a very uneven, coarse, and thick count, which is knitted on a rare seamless knitting machine with more tension than usual. The material is then given a time-consuming seamless brushing process.
For the finishing, it is washed for a long time at high temperatures in an old-style winches machine, and the drying process uses a gas tumbler, creating an original body with a rich texture through careful craftsmanship.
