Regarding orders placed during Golden Week (ONLINE STORE)

= Regarding online store orders during Golden Week (May 1st - May 6th) =

Please allow 2-3 business days for orders shipped from stores.

Orders shipped from the logistics center will be processed sequentially starting May 7th (Thursday) after the holidays. (PACK-T / ROYAL series and some seasonal items are shipped from the logistics center.)

※If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from two locations: stores and the logistics center.

Once shipping is complete, we will notify you by email with the tracking number (Sagawa Express). (Please note that delivery delays may occur during the holidays due to congestion, etc.)

Inquiries sent by email will also be answered sequentially starting May 7th (Thursday).
